This Consent & Acceptable Use Policy explains the conditions under which services provided by FaceSwapMe (“we”, “us”, “our”) may be requested and delivered.

By submitting a request through face-swap.me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

1. Consent is mandatory

All services offered by FaceSwapMe require explicit consent or legal authorization.

By submitting a request, you confirm that:

• You are the person depicted in the submitted media or

• You have obtained explicit permission from the person depicted or

• You are a legal representative, rights holder, or authorized party

Requests submitted without proper consent will be declined before processing.

2. Types of content requiring consent

Consent or authorization is required for any request involving:

• A person’s face or likeness

• A person’s voice or audio

• Identifiable individuals in images or videos

• Private or non-public individuals

• Deceased persons (family or legal authorization required)

• Any media intended to resemble a real person

We may request additional confirmation where consent is unclear.

3. Prohibited uses (strictly not allowed)

FaceSwapMe does not accept requests intended for:

• Impersonation or identity deception

• Fraud, scams, or social engineering

• Misleading content presented as real

• Harassment, defamation, or harm

• Political persuasion or manipulation

• Non-consensual sexual or explicit content

• Use involving minors without verified legal authorization

• Circumventing platform rules, laws, or safeguards

Requests that fall into these categories will be refused.

4. Acceptable uses

We accept requests for legitimate, consent-based purposes, including:

• Personal or private projects

• Creative or artistic use

• Demonstrations with clear authorization

• Private media transformation

• Repeat work for approved returning clients

All requests are subject to manual review.

5. Voice-based services (important)

For services involving voice (including voice-to-text or voice-based audio generation):

• You must own the voice sample or

• Have explicit permission from the voice owner

• You must not request output intended to impersonate another person in a deceptive way

We do not provide unrestricted voice cloning or impersonation services.

Requests involving voice are reviewed with additional care.

6. Review before processing

All requests are reviewed manually before processing.

We reserve the right to:

• Ask clarifying questions

• Request proof of consent

• Decline a request without processing

• Refund or cancel where appropriate

No processing begins without approval.

7. Payment and refusal

• First-time requests are reviewed before payment

• Payment is requested only after approval

• Requests declined due to consent or acceptable-use concerns are not processed

We reserve the right to refuse service where:

• Consent is unclear or unverifiable

• The request presents legal, ethical, or reputational risk

8. Responsibility of the requester

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring consent is valid and lawful

• Using the output responsibly

• Complying with applicable laws and platform rules

• Not presenting generated content as real or authoritative where misleading

FaceSwapMe is not responsible for misuse of delivered content.

9. Data handling and deletion

All submitted media is handled privately and deleted after project delivery, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not retain or reuse media beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

10. Policy updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
