1. Scope of services

FaceSwapMe provides AI-assisted, human-reviewed media processing services, which may include:

• Image face swapping

• Video face swapping

• Photo-to-video animation

• Voice-based audio generation (where available and approved)

All services are provided manually, reviewed by a human operator, and subject to approval.

2. No automated or instant service

FaceSwapMe is not an automated self-service platform.

• Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance

• Processing does not begin until approval

• Timelines may vary depending on complexity and workload

3. Eligibility

You may use the services only if:

• You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement

• You have the right and authorization to submit the content

• You comply with applicable laws and regulations

Services are not intended for children.

4. Consent and authorization (critical)

By submitting a request, you confirm that:

• You are the person depicted or

• You have obtained explicit consent from the person depicted or

• You are a legal representative or rights holder with authority

You are solely responsible for ensuring consent is valid and lawful.

FaceSwapMe may request additional confirmation or refuse service where consent is unclear.

5. Acceptable and prohibited use

Prohibited uses include (non-exhaustive):

• Impersonation or identity deception

• Fraud, scams, or misleading representation

• Harassment, defamation, or harm

• Political persuasion or manipulation

• Non-consensual sexual or explicit content

• Requests involving minors without verified legal authorization

• Circumventing laws, platform rules, or safeguards

Requests falling into these categories will be declined.

6. Review and approval

All requests are manually reviewed.

We reserve the right to:

• Ask clarifying questions

• Request proof of consent

• Modify or decline requests

• Cancel processing at any stage before delivery

Approval is at our sole discretion.

7. Payment terms

• First-time requests: reviewed before payment

• Returning or approved clients: may be offered direct ordering

Payment is required only after approval, unless otherwise agreed.

Prices may vary based on complexity, length, and scope.

8. Delivery and revisions

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

• Minor adjustments may be offered at our discretion

• Major changes or new requests may require additional approval or payment

9. Refunds and refusals

Requests may be refused or cancelled if they violate:

• These Terms

• The Consent & Acceptable Use Policy

• Applicable laws or regulations

If a request is declined before processing, no payment is required or any payment will be refunded.

No refunds are issued for completed and delivered services, except where required by law.

10. Intellectual property

• You retain ownership of the content you submit

• You grant FaceSwapMe a limited, temporary right to process the content solely to provide the service

• Delivered output is provided for your permitted use

FaceSwapMe retains all rights to its tools, workflows, and processes.

11. Responsibility for use of output

You are responsible for how delivered content is used.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent generated content as real where misleading

• Use output for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes

FaceSwapMe is not liable for misuse of delivered content.

12. Data handling

All submitted media is handled privately and deleted after project delivery, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided “as is”

• We do not guarantee specific results

• FaceSwapMe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time if:

• These Terms are violated

• Misuse or risk is identified

• Required consent cannot be verified

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable within the European Economic Area (EEA), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
