Refund & Rejection Policy

This Refund & Rejection Policy explains when requests may be declined and when refunds apply for services provided by FaceSwapMe (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Review before payment (first-time requests)

  • All first-time requests are reviewed before payment.

  • If a request is declined at the review stage, no payment is required.

Reasons for decline may include, but are not limited to:

  • Missing or unclear consent or authorization

  • Prohibited or unacceptable use

  • Technical infeasibility

  • Legal, ethical, or reputational risk

2. When refunds are issued

A refund will be issued when:

  • A request is declined after payment but before processing begins

  • Payment was taken in error

  • We are unable to proceed due to issues identified during review

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

3. When refunds are not issued

Refunds are not issued when:

  • The service has been completed and delivered

  • Processing has begun after approval

  • The request was approved and completed as agreed

  • Dissatisfaction is based on personal preference rather than a failure to deliver the agreed service

Because services are custom, manual, and request-specific, completed work is generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Rejections during or after processing

We reserve the right to stop or decline a request at any stage if:

  • New information raises consent or authorization concerns

  • The request is found to violate our policies or applicable laws

  • Continued processing would present unacceptable risk

If processing is stopped before completion, we will assess whether a partial or full refund is appropriate based on the work already performed.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe there is an issue with your request or delivery, please contact us first at:

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

6. Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. Where local consumer protection laws require a refund, those rights will apply.
